Background

Major routes are becoming major exposure preferences for companies wanting to enhance their brand awareness.

Initially, facilities along the main routes were developed in close proximity of major intersections for ease of access to the companies leasing in those buildings. Exposure was not regarded as a major factor in deciding to occupy offices in these office developments. The importance was "Easy Access" for the company's clients. However, over time it became evident that the exposure these companies received was crucial to their growth and development in the market.

Currently the bigger, established companies are benefitting from the corporate exposure that comes with the actual high level visibility that is synonymous with these major routes, especially when taking into consideration that traffic congestion is increasing by thirty percent per annum.

The type of Project

We intend to establish a landmark mixed-use development project that is a vibrant transit-orientated development that caters for the future and in particular, Millennials and Generations Z. We have considered the mixed-use facilities to be in line with a growing work, live and play society in close proximity.

Key components of the development will have approximately 22 thousand square meters of office space, 5 thousand square meters of retail and entertainment facilities, 226 residential units, 163 specially designed student and commune type residential units, a large day care centre and 107 Airbnb type units.
