Riaan van den Heever is the CEO of West on 1 project and has more than 25 years of experience in the international finance and construction industry. Riaan is also the chairman and founder of the Gardener Ross group of companies, having built and delivered properties of more than R1.5 Billion of which the Copperleaf Ernie Els golf Estate in Centurion South Africa is the pinnacle. Riaan is an active Director of various other companies and his expertise is well renowned throughout the business fraternity.

COO Rodger Warren

Rodger founded Mayborn Investments in 2013. Rodger is educated in construction management and has participated in all types of projects, being responsible for the project delivery and investments. In later years, Rodger focused on the financial aspects of project delivery and project operations which lead to the unique partnership with Santam to develop the equity guarantee. Rodger has extensive experience in property and infrastructure funding. Rodger is enthusiastic to assist the African Continent to grow to its full potential.
